Appointment Policy

  • We no longer hold appointments after 10 minutes from the start of the appointment time.
  • There is $50 fee for canceling or changing an appointment within 24 hours of the appointment time
  • Any service over $100 requires a deposit
  • Unopened, unused products may be returned within seven days of purchase
  • Used products are final sale – unless an allergic reaction occurs. The client must provide photos of response to be shared with the product company

Return Policy


There are no returns on services, but if you are unhappy with your service, we are happy to schedule a corrective service appointment free of charge.

  • If the product is used against instruction, the client may not return the product
